Hello Everyone, I am a mixed media and digital artist, with over 20 years of Photoshop experience.  My exploration of art on the iPad came about quite by happenstance when I had to give up my art studio for over a year to accommodate family needs.

With only my laptop and Ipad for tools, I turned to mobile photography and mobile art which I can honestly say has changed my approach to art all-together!

Although I now have my studio back and still love my mixed media art the iPad keeps calling me to create on it- first of all it’s portable so I take it with me when I’m going somewhere that involves waiting-a great opportunity to use the iPad; second of all- no mess to clean up!

Through extensive exploration and experimentation, I have discovered innovative ways to create my own elements and backgrounds for use in my digital art. It gives me joy to create knowing that every part of a digital image is mine from start to finish. Now, I am excited to share these techniques with you!

Who is the class for?

This class is for anyone who wants to create their own unique backgrounds, digital stamps, photomasks and elements for use in their digital art. No previous experience with painting is required! All you need is a willingness to explore something new with technology and experiment!
